The Judicial Branch is the Supreme Court of the United States and the Constitution outlines it in Article II.
The Supreme Court consists of one chief justice and eight associate justices. They are appointed by the president and confirmed by the Senate in the legislative branch. These justices are in their position for life, unless they retire, resign, or impeached.
